Food for Thought
Growing up, I was a chubby kid.
Sweets were and still are my enemy.
Cookies, cakes, pies, ice creams, etc. I love them all.
So, why am I confessing my love of sweets to you?
Well, I've noticed that I have a hard time controlling myself when it comes to sweets. Anytime someone puts a cookie in front of me, it seems like I have to eat it. I can't say no.
Now, I'm not gonna die from eating a few cookies, but I feel as if a bad habit has formed. My self-control is non-existent when it come to sweets. When I eat one cookie, I have to eat another cookie, and then maybe one more because that second one was so freaking good.
Time to put an end to this madness.
I'm going to stare into my enemies deliciously icing'd eyes and say, "Not today"!
If we look closely enough at ourselves, we can probably find that one bad habit that needs to be broken. Some may seem silly and some may be more serious. Small habits that are ignored will become bigger habits and big habits we ignore will only get bigger.
